Step 1: Launch the Filmo Shopify App

To begin, open the Filmo app from the Shopify App Store. Our app syncs seamlessly with your Shopify store, so you can get started without the hassle of complex integration or time-consuming data entry.

Step 2: Accept Filmo’s Terms and Conditions

Once the Filmo app is open, review our terms and conditions. Click "Get Started" to accept them and move on to the next steps. This step confirms your agreement with our guidelines, ensuring a smooth setup for your selling journey on Filmo.

Step 3: Connect Your Filmo Account

Click the “Connect Account” button to be redirected to the Filmo Seller Application form. Here’s what to do next based on your situation:

  1. Creating a New Filmo Seller Account: If you’re new to Filmo, fill out the Seller Application form, selecting "Shopify" as your e-store platform. Choose a category for your products:

    • Health & Beauty

    • Women's Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

    • Luxury Fashion

    • Luxury Jewellery

    • Men's Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

    • Men's Watches

  2. After completing the form, submit it for review.

Using an Existing Filmo Account: If you already have a Filmo account, simply click “Log In” underneath the “Next” button to connect it to your Shopify store.

Step 4: Confirm Connection Success

Once your seller application is approved or you successfully log in with an existing account, a success message will appear on the banner. This confirms that your Filmo account is now connected to your Shopify store, making it easy to manage your inventory, orders, and product listings in one place.

Step 5: Schedule Live Shows and “Go Live” Using the Filmo Mobile App

With your account connected, you’re all set to use the Filmo mobile app to schedule and host live shopping events. Through the app, you can set up and promote live shows, then “go live” to interact with customers in real-time. You’ll be able to show off your products, answer questions, and create an engaging shopping experience.

Important Note: Products imported from Shopify won’t automatically be listed on Filmo. To list them, they must be showcased during a live show. Once featured live, they’ll be visible on Filmo and ready for customers to purchase.
