Filmo is designed to be accessible on a range of devices to ensure seamless live shopping experiences for sellers and customers alike. Here’s what’s supported: Mobile Devices: Filmo is optimised for both iOS and Android smartphones, allowing sellers to go live, manage shows, and interact with customers directly from their phones. Desktop for Shopify Integration: Sellers can access Filmo via their Shopify backend on a desktop to set up, manage products, and integrate inventory. The combination of mobile and desktop compatibility makes Filmo flexible, so you can manage live shows from the device that best suits your needs.
Yes, you will receive an email from Filmo with your order confirmation after you complete the checkout process.
You can track your orders from the “orders” tab on the Filmo app.
Go to “orders” from the “account” tab on the Filmo mobile app, and select “create a return” on the item(s) you would like to return.
To make a purchase on Filmo, simply join a live shopping show through the Filmo app. Once you’re in a live stream, you can view product demos, ask questions, and interact with the seller in real-time. When you’re ready to buy, select the product featured in the live show, add it to your cart, and complete the purchase directly within the app. Filmo offers a seamless, interactive shopping experience, letting you shop confidently with real-time insights on products.

At this stage Filmo supports Shopify integration, in the future we will make Filmo available to other e-commerce platforms.
Filmo enables you to broadcast your live show across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube. To stream your Filmo live event on multiple platforms simultaneously, you'll need to enter your stream keys into Filmo before going live. A stream key functions like a password, linking Filmo to a video-sharing platform such as YouTube. Keep your stream keys secret, because anyone with them can stream on your account!
1. Log in to your Instagram professional account on a computer. 2. Click the create button (plus sign) and choose Live Video. 3. Add a title and select your audience. 4. Copy and paste the stream key or server URL into your streaming software's settings. Note: Your stream key is only valid for your current stream. Once you start your stream from the encoder, you'll have up to five hours to go live on Instagram. 5. Start your live stream from Filmo. When you've successfully connected to Instagram Live, you'll see a preview of your stream. Note: Until a valid stream from your streaming software is detected, you won't be able to start your live stream.
Download TikTok Studio and sign in using a computer. On the left side, click Go LIVE, which will take you to livecenter.tiktok.com/producer Scroll to the bottom and click the red Go LIVE button. Choose a category and a title for your stream, then click the red Save & Go LIVE button. You’ll see your live stream dashboard next. You have yet to be made live. Find your Server URL and Stream Key at the bottom of the screen. Click the Copy button on the right to copy the stream key. Paste the stream key into the streaming software you are using. For security reasons, your TikTok stream key changes each time you log out of TikTok. IMPORTANT: TikTok Studio is available exclusively for Windows operating systems and is not available for macOS.
Log in to your Facebook account on a computer. From your feed, Page, or profile, click Live Video, or click What's on your mind?, then click … (ellipsis button) and choose Live Video. You'll be taken to Live Producer. Click Select on the Go Live card. Select Streaming Software as your video source. Find your unique stream key in the Streaming Software Setup module. Copy and paste the stream key or server URL into your streaming software's settings. Note: Your stream key is only valid for your current stream. Once you start your stream from the encoder, you'll have up to five hours to go live on Facebook. Start your live stream from Filmo. When you've successfully connected to Facebook Live, you'll see a preview of your stream. Note: Until a valid stream from your streaming software is detected, you won't be able to start your live stream.
Access the YouTube Studio by going to https://studio.youtube.com. Make sure you’re signed into the channel you want to broadcast to. On your Channel Dashboard, click on the Go Live button in the top right corner. Click Start next to the Right Now option once you enter the Studio. Click Go next to Streaming Software if you’re using an encoder. You’ll see a screen with settings for your stream. Under Stream Settings, you’ll see your stream key, which you can reset or copy. Copy your stream key and paste it into your broadcasting software.

At this stage, Filmo is only accepting seller applications from fashion and beauty brands that can benefit from live demos and interactive shopping experiences.

To sell on Filmo, download the Filmo app, then apply as a seller (currently open to fashion and beauty brands). Once your application is approved, connect your Shopify store for seamless syncing of inventory, orders, and products. Use the Filmo mobile app to schedule and go live, where you can showcase products, interact with customers, and create an engaging shopping experience. Products from Shopify will be listed on Filmo when featured in a live show—highlight your best items and start connecting with your audience!
To integrate Shopify with Filmo, download the Filmo app from the Shopify App Store (https://apps.shopify.com/filmo), complete the seller application (currently open to fashion and beauty brands), and connect your account. Once approved, Filmo will automatically sync your inventory, orders, and products. Then, simply use the Filmo app to schedule live shows and feature products directly to your audience.
Filmo is free to join for both sellers and shoppers, with no upfront costs. After a free trial period, Filmo generates revenue through a small commission on each transaction made through the platform. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions.
