Filma Trading Pty. Ltd trading as “Filmo Trading” (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Filmo”) is a company registered in Australia, is hosting various services for its customers including but not limited to webapp, Android app and iOS app. These services are hosted in the name of "Filmo". The document uses the names interchangeably. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

  1. We respect your privacy

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) together with our Terms and Conditions of Service and any other documents referred to therein, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.     3. Some of the features in the website, android app and / or iOS app requires certain permissions express or implied few of them are SMS access, Camera Access and / or Storage Access.
      1. Camera: We are using camera to provide the live streaming feature of the app and it records and saves the video on to your device and later uploads it to the server. We shall never use the permission to access and / or record any footage which is not needed by the app.
      2. SMS: We are using SMS access to automatically read and input the OTP while registering and / or other features of the app to provide seamless experience. SMS feature is not used for any other purposes.
      3. Storage: Data collect is stored temporarily or permanently on device and / or on server for provide the services, This permission is mandatory to run the service. We are committed not to use storage access to get information outside of the app you are using.
